Chris And The Smooth Jazz Kats are a wedding band based in Toms River, NJ. This is a six-piece musical outfit that specializes in one-of-a-kind performances, tailored to the style of your event.

These musicians have a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry and have created stunning soundtracks for celebrations of all kinds. Chris And The Smooth Jazz Kats are led by Chris Rhoden, whose career has been inspired by the music scene of his native New York City. He has experience playing with local bands and church choirs, as well as the New Jersey mass choir and alongside Cissy Houston and Al Darlin. Chris is passionate about putting on an unforgettable show for each couple that he works with. He and his band strive to exceed expectations every time by customizing their set to the needs of each celebration.

Chris And The Smooth Jazz Kats can provide lively entertainment for your reception, with a personalized playlist. You can choose either a male or female vocalist to front the band, as well as a DJ for more after-dinner entertainment. These professionals can provide their very own set up and sound equipment to ensure a concert-quality experience for you and your guests.
